Your role as the manager or owner is ultimately to manage your staff so that in turn your customers get the best service and attention while in your store. And the best and easiest way to do this, is to set up systems and controls throughout the store, that allow you the time to spend with your staff and your customer.
The best way to make full use of this manual is to read it once in its entirety and then to take one section at a time and where you find new and useful tools to implement these, before you move onto the next section. You need to take action right away.
